Easily the best and most honorable app to help with learning or understanding the language. The layout is perfect and simple with examples. Thank you so much for this app.

I find this app very helpful to my Thai studies. It has a plethora of vocabulary and the categories make it easy to find groups of words. One thing that would make the app easier to use is if the “bookmark function” wasn’t as inaccessible. An app called ‘Imiwa?’ Which is a Japanese-English dictionary has a really good example of the quick bookmark function. If the star or bookmark function was available when on that word, it would make the app easier to use for studying.

This app was five star but recently it has stopped working. It hangs on the splash screen at startup and has to be force-quit. This happens on phones of other family members (XS Pro Max) also so it’s not specific to my phone (11 Pro Max). EDIT: uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it. Updated review to five stars.

it seems like every word i use with my thai wife is incorrect in its definition with this app. i’m not sure why but it is very frustrating.

I have had it for months. This is the only app that always says " unable to download " every time I try to update! I have deleted and re-installed but no use.

amazing translation app. my only wish is that i had the option to type by drawing the letters themselves on the screen and have them turn into letters instead of going on the keyboard because as a new thai learner it’s easier for me to draw the letters and vowels out than to find it on the keyboard.

This is the only dictionary app I’ve found that includes the romanized spelling of Thai words along with the tone so that you can look up how a word is pronounced 👌🏻👌🏻

Great app, use it daily. Can you add Moo Ping (pork on a stick).

I love having this on my phone when I’m out & about in Thailand. It even had “catalytic converter” for the mechanic!! Love the phonetic spelling, the option the have it spoken, & that putting phone in landscape makes the word really big. I seriously have no suggestions for improvements! I’m moving from iOS to android, though, and cannot find this app. Time to leave Thailand. 555+

It’s a great companion for me when I’m practicing my handwritten and spelling. I like how it gives me examples of how to use the various words in formal and informal writing and conversation.

This app is the comprehensive in terms of vocabulary, words come with examples of use, you can choose transcription type and also integrate with other apps. Attention is given to all senses of a word. This and several other features makes it the best thai - english dictionary I have used.

I love how the words are broken down into their component parts. Really helps to understand the language. Also, thank you for including the tonal markers. This is so useful to check whether I’m reading properly.

This s far and away the best dictionary for Thai. It works offline, gives great example sentences, and has a transcription search feature to help find words you can say but aren't sure how to spell. If anyone reading this also studies Mandarin, this is the Pleco of Thai dictionaries. No ads and a flea dedication to the language. I would pay for add one if the developer creates them.

Thanks to the developer for putting this app together. The phrases in the categories are fantastically useful. I would rate it 6 stars if possible.

I have the other Paiboon app, and this app has more translations and extremely helpful example sentences. I have been using this app for over a year now and was the critical factor for my fluency in Thai. Freaking hard work was put into this bad boy right here and it's more helpful that any other app for Thai, hands down.

This app clearly outclasses the rest of Thai language apps on the store. Deserves to be number 1!!!

Used this when I was traveling through Thailand. I was able to read some Thai after a month of using this app. I highly recommend this app.

This is THE best Thai<->English dictionary! I use it all the time. But with iOS 9 upgrade it lost the ability to COPY -- please fix ASAP PLEASE :-)

It always crashes on my iphone 5s

This is the best dictionary for this that I have come across on the iPhone. Tons of entries, usage examples, word breakdowns, good display of Thai versus transliteration and an intuitive interface. The only suggestion I'd give is that sometimes the Thai font is sans serif but I would switch to all serif because the sans serif font can be tough for learners. Otherwise, love it and so very happy to have found it! Keep up the good work!

1. It's a great app, but can be better if it provides pronunciations and bookmark function to produce quiz. It will be helpful. 2. The font type of input box didn't change when you change typeface in settings.
